Booking Lessons
Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee a lesson.
Your booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Paramount Driving Academy.
Lesson Availability

We reserve the right to reschedule lessons when necessary.
Payments
Lesson fees must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Package pricing and promotions may change without notice.
Any outstanding balances must be settled before additional lessons are provided.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide reasonable notice.
Late cancellations or missed lessons may incur a cancellation fee.

Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
- Holding a valid NSW Learner Licence or Overseas Driving Licence (where applicable)
- Bringing their licence to every lesson
- Wearing appropriate footwear
- Being medically fit to drive
- Following instructor directions
Paramount Driving Academy reserves the right to terminate a lesson if a student behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
Vehicle Use
Our training vehicles are fully insured and maintained.
Students must immediately advise the instructor of any medical condition or medication that may affect driving ability.

Driving Lessons
While our instructors provide professional training to help students become safe and confident drivers, we cannot guarantee:
- Passing the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT)
- Passing the Hazard Perception Test (HPT)
- Passing the Practical Driving Test on the first attempt
Individual results depend on each student’s preparation, commitment and driving ability.
Website Availability
We do our best to keep our website available at all times.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend access for maintenance or updates.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
